Good morning, dieters! Weighed myself in this morning to find no change! Not too surprising though, as I do a lot of weight lifting at the gym. My body usually takes about a week to start losing pounds, so I am not discouraged at all-especially because my clothes are fitting better already! I have been staying around 800-900 calories/day which really hasn't been that hard so far. Drinking tons of water, no coffee or dairy (my stomach feels so much better!), and making sure I am weighing everything I eat on my kitchen scale. May seem a little intense to some, but it seems to be working for me. My family and I have always been healthy eaters, but when you add up even the healthiest of foods in larger quantities than I have been eating, the results are a little shocking! I am also proud of the fact that I am still cooking and baking the normal things I would for my family, and haven't even sampled anything while making it. Cooking is my passion, so if my husband wanted to do this same diet with me, I would be super bummed! :)
