Gym again this morning, cardio and legs. Also known as BO-RING. BUT it's done. I figured I would do my first weigh in on Friday, because I find weighing myself every morning to be a little obsessive and as Dorothy Zbornak always said, it takes three days for the fat to show, so I figure the reverse is true. Doing really well with the Shakeology-a lot of this I think is because of the food journal and being able to document those snacks in the mid afternoon. 2 shakes a day, healthy snack, then a meticulously weighed out dinner seems to be a lot easier than I thought-again, because of the food journal. I love my glass of vino around 5 when I start making dinner for my husband, so being able to include those calories really keeps me in check. Day 2 of the 30 days of squats today-you probably can't join anymore because it is already started, but find the challenge and follow along anyway!
