Hit the gym this morning before my husband left for work. Normally a daily occurrence for me, but with the slew of family that I have had in town recently weekend after weekend, I got a little side tracked and feel out of whack.Time to lose this weight for good and get back to my old self. 30 Day of Squats challenge starts today with 50 squats, still time to join if you want to! I noticed something called lose 25 by Christmas, but it already started so I can't officially join, but it is something to keep in the back of my head. Sure would be a nice Christmas gift to myself! The last time that I was on this site, I neglected to take advantage of the food journal. What a waste that was, it is so nice to see in front of you your caloric intake for the day, and the pie chart, too.

The only problem is finding a calorie free wine.... ;)
