Moving right along.
Had a couple of days off from work in a row so it gave me the chance to finally get some things done around the house. Made some sushi and some really good vegan pork(seitan) fried rice which came out really good. Back to work tonight and then tomorrow we will have the weather to go on our hike :) Can't wait!
204.4 lb Lost so far: 95.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
