Still no weight change, but I'm really eating a lot better and continuing workouts, so they pounds should start coming off. I tend to do this, and all of a sudden drop several. So still waiting, not beating myself up!

This is exactly what is happening to me. Although today there was movement on my weight, finally. Good luck to you and stay calm.

I am so happy that you've not given up on you. I know that it is tough, believe me everyday is a challenge to do the very best that I can and although I hate it when I hear those familiar words..."if I can do it, so can you" because we all have different challenges to live up to. I am sending you a huge hug and want so much to inspire you to keep moving. You will feel better and that is a good thing. Have a great day Barbara.

I'm so happy to read that you are not discouraged by your plateau. My body typically will hold onto the lbs too and then suddenly start shedding them. Keep up the hard work and be patient. Mathematically, it has to eventually drop. :)

Don't focus on the numbers....keep your favorite jeans close, and try them on a couple times a week. They will tell you all you need to know. If you lose some fat, but gain a little muscle, you will WEIGH more (or the same), but your jeans will fit better! Muscle weighs more than fat, and is a much nicer shape!
