222 lbs this morning, almost back to where I was Friday. Fasting again until this afternoon, low calories planned.

I started my final batch of wine last night, Spiced Apple Cranberry. It's got fresh unfiltered cider from a local ciderworks, cranberry juice, cinnamon, allspice, and clove in it. I made it once before and it turned out very good, this batch has more spice in it. Have a great day.
