220 lbs this morning, wasn't really expecting that but I'll take it. I've been peeing a lot, a result of drinking water like a fish but that makes me wonder how much of the loss is water. Fasting again this morning but I'm not going to keep my calories as low today, going back to my RDI.

I struggle with that question at times about the water loss and try to tell myself fat was being expelled in liquid form... it has to be in some fashion ... good on you.

FullaBella, you are both wise and original. :) A dietician told me years ago that as your body breaks down body fat you expel a lot of fluid in the process. So I figure peeing a lot is a good thing, as long as I make it to the bathroom in time.

LOL I agree....on all said :) When I feel Im getting frustrated from too many bathroom trips I remind myself that Im actually flushing fat cells out & that is a good thing (YAY another potty break) & yes at times I RUSH before it breaks! :) When we no longer notice THIS progress, what will we look for Jim??!! :)
