Started weight training... wonder if this is some muscle growth and water
211.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you first start an exercise routine (especially weight training), your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It will go away. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
