I ran almost 4 blocks today. I had to split it up but I did it. I have had about 60 ounces of water so far today but tonight is not up so I still have time to get at least 12 more ounces in. I have done so well with my eating and I ate dinner at 430pm before I ran so I feel like I have worked some of what I took in today off already. I am going to try to take one more jog before I take my shower and get ready for bed. I am just waiting for it to cool down a little more. It was not a good day for a garage sale, it rained until almost 930am and then it was windy and cold until about 230. I put everything up about 3pm and got dinner ready so we could take the kids to a horsemanship clinic, then the sun came out and it warmed up. When we got home me and John went to clean the church and he dropped me off two blocks away so I could run. After cleaning the church he met me a block away so I could run again, and then dropped me off a block away from home so I could run home. Well I gotta go get kids in the bath so we can get ready for church tomorrow. I wish everybody a good night and wonderful weekend.
