I did it I drank 96 ounces of water today. I had been struggling to get water in or anything liquid for that matter and I got my 8 plus some today.On the diet side I hope to well today. I had my slim fast for breakfast and I am not sure what I will do for lunch or dinner. I will have to look at what I have that will feed all of us since my mom is here. I am hoping to get a jog in today. I am starting the couch to 5k and yesterday I was able to run for almost 5 minutes straight. When we went to get the tables I forgot my key to the church and decided to run to the parsonage and back to pick up and drop off the keys. I am going to time myself around the block for 20 minutes. I think it will help boost my metabolism as well. I am hoping the weather will stay nice enough to ride for at least an hour this evening and that will burn some calories as well.

Our crazy life, I am not getting to start on my yard sale until tomorrow because I had too much to do today with the school but I will have it all day tomorrow and next weekend as well. Today is Super Kids day and I was asked to help out from 12-2. I thought it probably wouldn't look too good since I am asking for a job there to tell them sorry I have other things to do. So we are taking nap early to go play at the park and help the little kids for a couple of hours. I hope they will take a nap an hour and half early. Well I hope everyone has a fat burnin weekend.

I am really hoping I make enough with my yard sale that I can go get me a scale without taking "his" money to do it. 2 1/2 more weeks til Columbia trip.

Congratulations on the water intake. I know how hard that is. I have started using Juicy Juice bottles and i know when i drink 2 of them i can stop. lol Yard sales are a nightmare. We had one not to long ago. Sold some junk and made a little over 100.00 We are taking a Financial Peace University class at church so the church provides us with tables and a space to do it. We are having another one in a week or so, i hope to make enough to buy a YMCA membership for me, husband and boys. At least then i can work out and take some cardio classes with a daycare near by. I hope you have a great yardsale!
