I am down 99lbs.
It has been 14months, 6 days.
I am finally starting to have it sink in that I have lost almost 100lbs...my husband asked me today how it feels not to be carrying around that weight, and I honestly dont know how I did.

Still to go: 49.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
