That's ok, You can get back on track. That's what I decided to do this week. You have 87 pounds to lose, Start of with a 2-3 pound goal and take it from there/ Footnote: If you lose 1 or 1.5 for next weigh in, That is super too!!!!!!!

You are going to loose the weight, because you have the desire to do so, You will do it, one day at a time, one pound at a time. Do not get obsessed with it, or overwhelmed, just keep at it steady and slowly but surely you will reach your goal.
