Tuesday: Will go to the gym straight after work.

Lunch will be an instant soup. 1/4 cup each of kamut and mayo-coba beans (complete protein) chopped fresh tomato, green peppers, kale, basil and oregano with veggie broth as the liquid. All in a container that I will microwave at work. A fresh peach and a bowl of raw carrots for a snack on the way to the gym.

The rest of the week is supposed to be chilly. Highs only in the 60's several days. Guess it's time to start going through winter clothes and weeding out the too big and see what's left.

Wish I could stay home today, not an option. Vacation week next week.
