So, I am not going to weigh in daily, but I did check out of curiosity--down exactly a pound from yesterday(!?!). I was going to say I don't believe it, but actually, in a way I do--seemed like yesterday's reading was a little high, after all. Also, I am detoxing a little bit, as I was eating more processed foods on my trip than we tend to use at home; that can make a difference. May we all have nice surprises this week!

Diet Calendar Entries for 03 September 2014:

I think it takes a little bit for our bodies to settle down when we make a change in our eating habits. That's great that you dropped a lb. I love it when we think we really had a rough week or week end and then we weigh in and we drop a lb. I guess that's why it is so important not to give up too soon! Have a good week end yourself! K.
