I had a good day today. I got up this morning at 5:30 to meet my quilt ladies over at the fire encampment (1,500 people) where we held a drawing for 20 quilts to be given to firefighters and crew members. Very rewarding for us.
I had a good food day today too! I felt good all day. Good energy. We also got in a good hard hike this evening before the smoke settled in. I walked the trail 20 minutes quicker today too!
My weigh-in day is tomorrow. My clothes are beginning to fit looser, so I hope the scale will show a loss.
