You know, I have come to realize something very big about this weightloss journey...that I truly should not care what other people think mainly because while they can sit there and judge me on wearing a tanktop and being chubby...they do not know my story...they do not know my journey so in essence...their opinion should not matter at all. I shouldn't be afraid to wear something just because of what other people would say. This is not how it works. Their opinions should not be able to dictact what I should and shouldn't do. They do not take care of me or my children, they do not pay my bills or deal with all the drama that I deal with...so while they are entitled to their opinions, I don't have to listen nor do I have to take it to heart. I am proud of what I have done so far and if I want to show off what I have accomplished, then damn it, I am very much allowed to. :)

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: Still going strong. I need to be better about flossing at night though. Another habit to start building on. :)

*P90X3: The Challenge was soooo hard today. I am finally able to put my band in a place where I can get the proper angle so I am definitely feelinng it a lot more now. Proud that I made it through. I can also do 5 proper push ups without my knees on the ground! :D

*Steps Taken (Goal-10000): 5825 (2.50 mi)

To wrap up for today, I have to say, wow. I didn't think I'd eat that much! But for some reason I was just soooo hungry. Not too sure why but yeah. I still stayed within my range though thankfully. :)
