Today has been so wonderful. I woke up, not as early as I'd like but I am feeling great. I tried something new today...I used a guided meditation for healing today and I truly say, I LOVED it. Even now, I feel so calm and serene. I used to meditate regularly when my oldest was a baby but as she got older and my life got increasingly busy, I stopped. I am trying to get back ito that though. I need to remember to slow down and enjoy life...enjoy the time I get with my children and see them growing and changing and learning. Life here in Cali is so...fast paced that we end up missing out on some wonderful things so I am trying to remember to enjoy this journey. I don't want my girls to grow up with that huge sense of urgency...I want them to be able to slow down and truly enjoy everything. There is also one big thing that I wish to teach them...and that is to take care of themselves...not just physically. Mentally, spiritual...all that internal work that is crucial.

Aside from my realizations, I was doing some research and found a ranch that sells all organic, grass fed beef. I am pretty excited about this. I might just see if I can buy my meat from them IF my bf gets this job he is interviewing for today. And once we get things back on track financially, I can start looking into starting a garden. There is a site that I would also like to start shopping from that sells the Einkorn Ancient grains over the modern day wheat. But of course this is once finances even out. I am looking forward to this changes not only in my life but diet-wise as well. I am truly looking into not only doing the whole real food bit but I am looking into doing the zero waste household. :)

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: I did my pulling today after I meditated. I know some do it while you meditate but if I did that, it would hamper my ability to clear my mind you know? I have also discovered that one reason my bf could have such bad breath is because he hardly drinks any water! I was sooo surrised. And no...he doesn't drink soda or anything. I was shocked and told him to at least aim for 8 cups to see if his breath improves. I am also going to get him a probiotic to see if it helps his guts.

*P90X3: I absolutely love the Yoga X for the P90X3. My balance is slowly improving and I can partially do half moon now! It gave me quite a caloric burn today but I loved it. I still use a block but I know that as time goes on and I keep up the work...it will become easier to where I won't need it.
