Not doing too badly today with my first day banting. Feeling good and not hungry at all. Hope it lasts..... and renders good results :)

Banting is the "original" LCHF (low carb, high fat) diet, which Atkins based his formula on. Loads of info out on the web. Hope this helped.

banting or atkins it doesnt matter as long as you follow the basic rules of LCHF you'll drop weight like a bomb :) i follow my own form of LCHF and it works perfectly and my choices arent limited because its my own version lol....just research it and develop ur own style around the main concept and you'll be fine
