Still feeling quite full my breakfast this morning. Had 100mls of double thick cream and a square of lindt chocolate at about 11am. This should carry me through until supper time. Already loaded my supper on fatsecret in advance to make sure that I get the ratios of fat to carb to protein correct. Saw someone on FB said it should be 180g : 20g : 100g

ur supper consists of 400cal...very low carb and high fat which is great BUT if u made that roughly lets say 250cal and moved the rest to lunch it would work out better...ur lightest meal must always be in the night :) when you in ketosis ur body uses fat for energy so basically if ur lightest meal is at night then when you sleep ur body will go into starvation mode as all bodies do over night but instead of using more of the food in ur stomach it will burn off fat supplies thats already been stored leading to a better weight loss :)

oya and eat more protein to avoid muscle loss...try to go for maby 65% fat 5% carbs and 30% protein but if your way is working for you then stick with it just make sure to get ur muscle mass tested and after following this diet for a while get it measured again to make sure you not losing any muscle cause if u are u need to up ur protein LOL ok thats all had to get it off my chest lol cause i also follow i diet like urs :P

Thanks for the advice, did'nt have lunch because I was not hungry at all, besides, the double cream at 11am can be considered as an early lunch lol! Had my very light supper just before 5pm and am now preparing my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow. Appreciate the support!!
