Have been going great since I "re-started" my healthy eating at the beginning of August...but hit a bit of a wobble this weekend. all day conference on Friday and 2 birthday parties over the weekend. I did not make the best food choices all round :( last night was feeling quite panicky about it and "felt" fatter. Had to get a grip and tell myself to calm down and that its not the end of the world and that today is a new day and to just get up and do it right!!! walked briskly for 30 mins this morning,had a good breakfast and I am feeling better...I need to remember that this is a journey and I wont be perfect every day as that's an impossible standard for anyone to maintain. I just need to try make the best choices I can and keep trying :) its going to be a good week!

Weekends are the hardest part for me to conquer because I love food and drinks. I tend to feel fatter today! I am working on it too and the most important thing you can do is tell yourself that you just need to refocus! Amazing job keep going buddy!!!

Nothing wrong with good food and drinks, especially red wine and the card and calorie intake of red wine is acceptable so do not punish yourself too much......moderation is the answer to any diet. Good job keep it up.

I appreciate the support :) well weighed in today and considering the weekend of bad choices I am still down half a pound..I am thrilled :) Have been really on top of it the last 2 days...so it all counts!

Well done on the half a pound :) It all adds up. I think we are sometimes too hard on ourselves, if we over indulge slightly. Next time i fall off the bandwagon i will try to do what you did and put in extra effort to counteract it.
