Good morning everyone! Sorry about missing the last week with you all. My husband was out of town all week for work, so I was juggling my work, school and the kids single handedly. It was exhausting, and I'm glad its over!

This week my kiddos go back to school. It will be bitter sweet. My youngest is starting kindergarten :(. However, I'm very excited to get some me time back and get back to a regular gym schedule!! Going grocery shopping today and I'm going to make lots of good choices to set myself up for success. It's going to be a great week, I can feel it.

Hope all is well!! Have a great day!

I remember when I started kindergarten I was 4 and too sheltered. I didn't understand while my mom was leaving me there. I begged her not to leave me while I was holding her hand and the teacher tried to drag me away from her. I cried all day there and it was like that for three days. When I finally stopped crying everybody was saying nice words to me so I don't start again and annoy them some more. Even the cleaning staff LOL I remember everything. I hope your kid will handle it better. Have a great Sunday Yolanda.

@ snezica: I remember my first day of pre-school. I too had to get dragged out of the car, but by nuns. I hated it there. I got kicked out in less then a month. I would not sleep during nap time (and I used to throw the wooden toys at the other sleeping kids to wake them up when no one was looking, just to bother the nuns), but would conk out during the churchy lecture. There was a lot of mutual hate for that place. The nuns would complain to my mom about when I wanted to sleep but she did not want to hear it. They told her is was a non-religious pre school when we signed up. I bet they cheered when I left. LOL

Jessabridge4444 you think that the kindergarten teachers would be objective and professional but as I walked near a kindergarten teachers on the street I overheard her saying that she would rather have 30 kids to take care of then the little devil LOL One boy was tormenting her obviously.

LOL. I admit I was a difficult child, which is one of my reasons for not having any bio kids. But they were some rigid teachers too. It is funny how we both remember but most kids don't remember much at that age....
