Been saving the best for last today: 1 more 1lb gone!

Besides slowly loosing weight, I have noticed more so that my clothes are really bagging off of me. Time to get the measure tape out and do some measuring! And time to go buy some smaller pants (tired of pulling them up).

I've noticed that weight loss always seems to occur when I relax and do closer to the calories I am supposed to be getting. (I really noticed when I reviewed my diet calendar history). I have had a very hard time pushing up the calories (AFRAID) to where I should be, in fear that I will not loose, but will gain. I have not gained any weight since starting Atkins on Feb 10. It's been all downhill... It is just hard to get used to that brain set. Thank you to those who have offered their advice and wisdom. It has helped me a great deal. This website is wonderful!

Hi Moondove I started just before you and I feel exactly the same, reading your journal is exactly how I feel I could have written this. I am also scared of having more calories......nice to know I am not alone. I also need to go and buy new pants. I am so pleased people are noticing I am losing weight really helps me along the way.....best of luck with your weight loss.....

Yvonne19: I wish you the best as well! Just prior to Atkins the particular pants (streachy jeans) that I keep having to pull up now, are the same ones that I couldn't pull up past my upper legs or zip up if I could manage to get them on! LOL! PS These are my smallest pants so I have been washing them often. I think I will wear my comfortable sweat pants and t-shirts more often than not when I am just hanging out at home from now on. You talked about how people notice that you have lost weight. I've been complimented too. Although, when I look in the mirror, I can't tell. But when I put my NOW Baggy clothes on, that is when I can realy tell the difference. Never thought that I would be able to loose weight again. I have tried low fat/low calories forever and other diets, and not be able to loose weight. I just love Atkins!
