Unfortunately, I had no weight loss when I weighed in this morning. My comfort is knowing that there is always tomorrow, and that I have the support, comments and private messages from all of you. I'm sure we can do this. Just don't stress too much and keep moving!

High Fiber Low Carb foods: broccoli, cauliflower, blackberries, asparagus, celery, eggplant, Romaine lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, red raspberries, cabbage, bell peppers, Snow Peas (edible pod), zucchini squash, strawberries, flax seed, mustard greens, chicory, endive, collard greens, avocado, spinach, chard.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find sitting for long makes me stiff. I have to get up and move. At work when I often can't I wear ankle weights and do leg lifts under my desk.

I have osteoarthritis too. Currently battling an inflammation bout in my right knee.
