Heard something yesterday about getting out for a walk in the morning can really help with your circadian rhythms, and with hormonal regulation in general. We all need some daylight!

I'm actually usually up before dawn and off to work in the dark most of the year. A walk on my gazelle in the am boosts my whole day. Cloudy morning, pup isn't even up after her tummy rub she went back to sleep.

wholfoodnut - Hope the coffee was effective. Funny about the pup sleeping in. She knows it is still the weekend.

yduj57 - You reminded me that soon I'll be driving to work in the dark. So much for circadian rhythms. At least in the summer DH and I can sit on the deck and watch the sun rise.

Heather - one of these days we are going to catch up with each other. Have been wondering how your knee has been.

The dogs act different if my alarm doesn't go off, it's funny. Sounds nice sitting on your deck watching the sunrise. I could sit outside but it would mean getting presentable first, front yard. LOL. I need my coffee first. Wish I had a deck, it would face the sunset though, maybe someday as I have a plan, just take $$$.

wholefoodnut - we are so lucky that we have a private back yard. I've got into the habit of running around half naked - LOL

Ruth - I see yesterday's attitude still prevails! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

LOL!!! You are lucky. My backyard isn't very private!! Love it though. Open on both sides to the neighbors and to a public park behind. Lucky the area right behind my house isn't used much some is woods but part of it is a mowed field that goes down to the tennis courts. Weird though the backyards are rarely used. Couldn't run around half naked here !! When I used to live in the middle of no where that was different.
