Twenty-four minutes of guided meditation to deal with back tension. I tried to take a nap this afternoon but just wasn't into it.

I did 12 minutes of stretching in bed, an hour of eight great exercises for posture, neck and trunk, and flexibility from "Age-Defying Fitness". Cardio: 45 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer, still watching episode from the end of the season one of "Grimm" that I haven't seen before, 1,589 steps.

I went 200 mg over 1,500 of sodium on my RDI. I discovered an Evol cilantro lime chicken burrito while organizing the freezer. I should have stepped away from the burrito - a burrito too far.

I find stretches really help with back tension. Hope it went away.

Age defying fitness... if only ... there's only way to defy aging.. not an alternative.

Good, glad to hear your back tension is better. You are doing great if you ate only one! That is like finding a jackpot and being frugal with it!
