The good, the bad, and the "oh well". The good: Have lost almost all of the vacation weight. This morning was 140.4 - so almost back to where I was. And then "onward" to my goal weight! The bad: went for a run yesterday. Without water. It didn't appear that hot, and the first 4 miles I was flying! But the last 4 I was dragging. I think I had a touch of heat exhaustion as I felt sick and hot. So I took it easy the rest of the day. I should know better. As for the "oh well" - it's my birthday. I don't mind getting older... as it's better than the alternative... but dang "54" sounds old. Have a good day FS friends.
