330.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are my buddy and you have gained 13.8 pounds in the last two days! I am worried about your health. Please see a dietitian about a menu plan! Some grocery stores have free advice!

i was invited to go there too just a few weeks back, and really wanted to go, but when trying to lose weight, visiting an all you can eat restaurant i knew would be asking for trouble. So i had to sadly decline. I really wanted to visit with my cousin too who was going to be there who i hadn't seen in quite some time. I decided to sacrifice all that good food and being able to visit her in the now and focus on making my self healthy, so i would not just get to see her just this once but for years to come as i would probably live longer once i do become healthier.

When you eat a lot 2 days in a row, that is what happens. 13.8 isn't really how much was gained, just how much water and food still remain plus the actual gain. I've been there. It's not really a go see someone type of thing. It's more of a go look yourself in the mirror and get an epiphany that something has to give and make the effort to not do these things again. It's all in the individual.
