Exercise was mowing the grass, front and back, takes about 1 1/2 hours. Wanted to get it done so put off dinner, had peanut butter toast and buttermilk after work. Not very hungry, will micro wave an ear of corn and toast an ounce of walnuts to dip a banana in. That should more than suffice for the day.

Toasted and bananas are really good. Just dip the end in or slice it up and toss with the chopped walnuts. I prefer walnuts toasted unless they are really fresh or they taste rancid to me. Just toast in a dry skillet and stir often, watch carefully. Love buttermilk on ice especially on a hot day, my family tells me I'm crazy. Always have it in the frig. Also good in smoothies and this old fashioned combo of 1/2 tomato juice 1/2 buttermilk, found it in a cookbook from I think 1908, or blend with cucumbers and ice till smooth.

I love milk on ice, esp choco milk on ice.. and then of course, coffee on ice. But even though I love butter and I love milk, yogurt and cottage cheese and pretty much anything dairy.. just couldn't get the buttermilk 'wow' effect. And I tried the ice with it too.

LOL. Buttermilk is different, you either like it or hate it. Most people like it in biscuits or pancakes, but not to drink. My grandkids like it in smoothies but only one will drink it plain. Good for you, little fat, lots of protein and calcium.
