Thanks Deb, I'm below my goal, guess I need to change it. Was surprised at the drop this week. Not sure what to change it to, or even if I should. I've lost 60pounds from my real start weight, 192 on my little scale. My goal now is to lose the flab, get fit, increase my lung endurance, my cardio and also to lower my ldl. It's within normal but barely. An additional goal is to not allow those pounds to creep back. This is a get fit and keep fit for life goal.
