fatihaji02's Journal, 14 July 2014

this was really unexpected but the only reason for this is coz I am fasting...so I am eating a bit more so that I don't loose weight too rapidly, I don't want any more stretch marks and I don't want to suddenly gain once the fasting month is over - that will damper my spirits

Yup they terrible...what helps is palmers coco butter and grape seed/olive/coconut/almond oil...my stretch marks are much lighter and hopefully it will prevent any more from forming

yes any of the oils or you can use all..yes you have to use it often to see results, I use normally once a day coz I forget at night...if it's difficult just add it to your bath water it will help...also like I said try not to loose weight too quickly

I think the period of weight loss is a 'practice period' where you practice the good eating and lifestyle habits what you'll be able to sustain after the weight loss. If it's not sustainable during maintenance, you'll go back to where you were. See weight loss as experimenting what's doable for you for a lifetime afterwards.

I completely agree, that's why I don't want to be impractical...I have sustained this new lifestyle for nearly 3 months and have been taking it very slow, no rush...I don't want instant results, I want sustainable results

Great weight loss! I agree! We need to eat healthy as a lifestyle, not just eat crazy to temporarily lose weight and then gain it back again.
