It's amazing how time gets away from you. It's been over 2 weeks since I have recorded or journaled. That's just crazy!! It has been an extremely crazy and hectic few weeks but I have to remember to think about myself. I always seem to put ME on the backburner and I have to stop doing that...my weight shows it too. Ugh. I haven't gained but I certainly haven't lost either. I'm back on track today. I have been keeping up the walks though. Not every day but at least every 2nd day so that helps but I need to get the eating back on track. When life is crazy and complicated it's too easy just to grab something quick but it's not always the healthiest. I'm not letting this get me down. It's a new day and a fresh start!
