I am so happy with the way that my diet is going, we are in mid winter at the moment so it is normally the most difficult time to diet but I am managing to hang in there by eating healthy warm meals. It also helps that I have joined this 12 week challenge, as I know that I have to report in and record my weight for 12 weeks... I will then join another challenge until I have reached my goal weight. It just helps to have a support group.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
