I am loosing very slowly... but steadily. I need to look on the bright side and that is that I am not gaining weight. It is just a bit disappointing when I am being so good and other people are loosing over 1 Kg a week and I am loosing half a Kg. any how, I will hang in there and just keep at it. Slowly - slowly, wins the race ;-)
