Day two of my "selfie"... selfie challenge, not selfie picture. And it's going to be a great day. A clean day.
When I officially weighed in yesterday, it read high. I got on the scale this morning, and it was down. Some of the high reading yesterday was deserved, as I didn't eat well during the long weekend. But I believe some was due to retaining liquid from the ramp up of exercise. As I am going to stay at a high level of activity, and mix it up a bit, I had best get used to the swings in the number and stay focused on the end result. Today my schedule includes Abs/Back and Legs. As I have a bunch of office work to get done first, I'd better get busy!
