I haven't been taking this lifestyle change seriously. I'm totally not focused like I should be. I'm falling back into the tomorrow I'll start mindset. I had a bad breakfast, pizza and chips and a dr. pepper. That's ok because I can make the rest of the day good. I was serious in my bio when I say I want my 20s to end well and my 30s to start well. My birthday is in October, so I know I won't have all the weight gone by then, but I'd like a good dent in my weight loss. I also know it's more than just loosing weight. Because I can lose the weight and go back to my old habits and gain it all back (I have in the past).

All it takes is some willpower and sweat. :) You can do it!! I was slipping back into bad habits a couple of weeks ago, but I've been sticking to my RDI and working out more and it's working. The formula is easy; burn more calories than you consume, but putting it into practice - now that is the hard part! :D

The respect for your SELF is what you should use to motivate and continue your work…don't forget that your choices will make it in the end. We all have it in ourselves and we can try and do it. We are all here for our reasons but the work must be done…like it or not…work is what it takes here…get out there and do it!!!

It takes conscience effort every day to lose weight. The quick decisions of should you or shouldn't you. Create good habits for yourself by choosing not to indulge in anything that will sabotage your weight loss. Keep your cub-bards and re-fridge stocked with the right kinds of food. If you must have pop go diet. There is lots of negative about artificial sweeteners. But if you are going to cave, make the better choice (less sugars). I know about discouragement. I have stalled out twice so far. The first time for three months. I lost nothing, but kept with eating low carb, high fat. Then I started losing again. I just got off another two month stall. I'm down 39.2 lbs so far. I have 80 to go. You can do it. Commit. Do it for yourself, and "want to". Its easier when you want to make the better choice.

That is a terrible breakfast! You are setting yourself up for disappointment. Being focused on trying is crucial to success. Plan your breakfast the night before and stick to it. Then the rest of the day will be easier once you have committed.
