so what going on?
hi..keep on your routine...keep the consistency!!! It will more plant/veggie based foods, lean meats and nutrition is not go crazy, just eat nutrition based...keep the cardio and maintain a "MAKEOVER" mentality...LIVE A DIFFERENT LIFE...we all need to program ourselves to be better and maintain our focus on HEALTHY LIVING.

Fitness is a way of life and a State of MIND
Hi there fellow members and buddies,

I am on a journey to re-program my mind and way of life...My husband and I are working out and watching our state of health improve. Our style of living is based on nutritious meals and revamping how we live. Diet and exercise are at the foundation of what we are doing. I am cooking and we are eating more plant based foods and eliminating wheat and sugar from our main diet.

My husband has lost 67 pounds in the last year. I have lost over 20 pounds and we want to reduce further. IT IS A WAY OF LIFE. We motivate each other and learning to do it as a way of life which works, and not to diet, but to re-establish the change as a way of life. This is a great site as it allows us to record food and commit to is helping me personally. I have to respect my body and heal from my mistakes and "bad" habits built up from the past. IT IS ALL CONDITIONING, and RE-FOCUSSING.

I want to hear from you if this sounds familiar. We all have failed at some point...and we are all on a journey. ONE DAY AT A TIME.
