I haven't been taking this lifestyle change seriously. I'm totally not focused like I should be. I'm falling back into the tomorrow I'll start mindset. I had a bad breakfast, pizza and chips and a dr. pepper. That's ok because I can make the rest of the day good. I was serious in my bio when I say I want my 20s to end well and my 30s to start well. My birthday is in October, so I know I won't have all the weight gone by then, but I'd like a good dent in my weight loss. I also know it's more than just loosing weight. Because I can lose the weight and go back to my old habits and gain it all back (I have in the past).

Busy, busy weekend! Yesterday was my nephews grad party and his parents always throw the BIGGEST parties I've seen lol. So that means tons of food! I think I did pretty well, besides having a coke and sprite I stuck with chicken and fruit salad. Today I'm bring the kids to the fair. That I know is going to be so tempting. I'm going to eat lunch before I get there, so I'm not starving and smelling all that yummy fried food.

I decided to add up all the calories of what my average day of eating was before I decided to make some changes. It came to just over 2,600 calorie. I've had many days where I ate even more than that. I'm not trying to beat myself up over it, and I didn't do this to be negative. I just never really thought about how much I was eating before.
One thing I want to work on more is recording my food. Also this week I have a goal of getting to the gym at least 5 days.

I feel great right now! I just jogged/walked 2 miles on the treadmill. Walked 3 mins and jogged 2 mins until I got to 2 miles. I was really hoping to be able to do a 5K, but by 2 miles my body was done. That's ok I'll just keep on trucking until I get to a 5K.
