Went back to the gym with Sarah today, did a Zumba class and stayed moving the entire time. Notice I didn't say I did well or followed all the steps lol. I think I got about 1/3 of them but by the last 6 songs I was content that I was at least swaying, feet moving a little. I didn't quit and that counts the most. But definitely bringing TWO bottles of water next time. Even did 10 mins on the treadmill before class cause we got there early.

So last night...didn't make my lunch before going to bed. Dragged my sorry behind to bed and was asleep by 8pm. Son #2 called at 10, forgot half his uniform (he bikes to work) so I ended up going to Walmart to pick him up pants and dropping them off. By the time I got back home and back to sleep it was after 1130 but waking up, I felt good. So tomorrow is off, likely at the gym for a workout, maybe a walk on the trail. Mom and I are supposed to get together sometime this weekend and I have a massage on Saturday that I'm really looking forward to. Maybe I'll knock it for a loop in the gym hard tomorrow and Jared can work the kinks out Sat am. I don't want to overdo and get sore. I noticed my knees were tender about 1/2 way thru Zumba. So ibuprofen tonight and tomorrow and lots of fluids. And I think I have about 15 mins until I need to be in bed lol.
