WHoop whoop, its only 2 ounces.. but it counts!!
211.4 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No it's not. it's 2/10 of a pound. 3 ounces. :) Dance. That's a fun way to get some exercise. Get youtube on and have a listen to 'Shake it up' by the Cars. Love that band. Saw them live in a little bar in the Okanagan when I was about 20. Gah! 30+ years ago. Still love their music.
