Actually made it to the gym with Sarah today. I did 18 mins on the elliptical and another 10 on the treadmill. We did one machine each for legs and arms (10 reps, 3 sets each, 50#) and I made sure I really tried to do it right, good form and all. Tomorrow we're going to meet up again after I get out of work and try to catch a class. I hope everyone is so absorbed in keeping up themselves that they ignore the fact I have no rhythm and can't follow along lol. Doesn't matter. I'm going and each time I do something that I suck at (and there are many of those lol) I have an opportunity to get better. It really helps that she's about at the same fitness level, maybe a bit better, than I am and she works the same way as I do with needing accountability. And she's lost and then gained back weight too (she had lap band, lost 100 then it's been creeping back after an accident). So she gets it. And because she gets it, she'll be able to call me out when I'm being stupid.

So tonight I'm going to make my lunch for tomorrow and do my dishes before I get too sleepy or it just won't get done. I think this weekend I'll try to fit in a few long walks on the trail as long as the weather holds out. Not sure what that storm is going to bring in the way of rain even if it does go to NC.

But I could so go to sleep right now. In a month, it'll be better than this. I remember this from the first time.
