Walked 4.14 miles this morning. Plan on swimming too. I need to get in the habit of moving more again.J

thank you all for your supportive comments. I got my swim in at 11 pm. When the weather gets hot, it feels good to swim, warm the muscles up while enjoying the cool water. Today, I put some rock and roll records (vinyl) on and danced for a little more than 1/2 hour. It was fun. I also did some gardening and house work that required running up and down stairs. Today's food choices were better too. It was a good day. :) J

I'm an avid exerciser, but have the flu....ARRRGGGGHHHHH. It has been seven days and should be gone soon. Do we have any recipes to assist us in cutting out meat,dairy and sugar? Miss moving and sweating.
