I've started to incorporate REAL food into my diet.... trying to keep portions smaller, counting calories and writing things down!!! IT seems to be working. I aim for 1200 at the lowest and 1600 at the highest. I am at the gym between 4 and 6 times a week. I am doing the Bodyflow class (Goodlife Fitness) which is a combo of tai chi, pilates and yoga. IT feels amazing. I follow it with cardio (ie: elliptical usually, sometimes swimming). I am going to start taking a dance cardio class to add more. And this coming week I will start my weights circuit training again. I am feeling pretty good. I still have 4.5 months till my wedding. I am hoping to lose another 35lbs by then. I cannot wait to be at my goal weight and stay there and be able to buy a permanent nice wardrobe...... I KNOW I will get there. I am finding my meds helping cause my mood is very stable and I am NOT binge eating, or emotional eating... just regular meals. I stopped drinking alcohol- have had one drink in the past month. and I only drink about 1 diet drink a week, otherwise my morning coffee, WATER WATER WATER, and occassionally green tea or herbal tea.
