Super happy about my weight drop to 193 lbs! Surpassed my first goal of 195 by 3 lbs from 205. All the hard work is finally paying off.
Now the next goal is 185.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
