Did yoga today for the first time. It kicked my butt but I sweated and burned almost 500 calories.

wow that's a LOT Of yoga.. I would have to do it for 2 hrs for that kind of burn! NIce!! I love seeing that men do yoga too :)

Yes, that must have been some yoga marathon. I have to to do an hour of super hard workout to burn 500 calories, Lol! Great job!
