I've been waiting for this day for a month - today I get to eat strawberries! Bought them this morning. Going to toss them in some whipped cream and sprinkle a few almond slivers on top. Can't wait another minute - Good Bye!

There's a recipe in the Atkins book (What's for Breakfast on OWL?)for a Strawberry Smoothie that's really good. In fact, I had one this afternoon. Just watch the portion size of strawberries - 1-1.5 oz is all for the 6 net carbs they talk about.
