As you can tell from my lack of diaries and food logging, I've been pretty off of schedule. Which really sucks. I am really determined to get back on track this time. I've managed to gain back almost all the weight I lost 2 years ago. Any support would be greatly appreciated!!!

I also created a challenge called A Game Change (or something like that), so you guys should join that too!

Here's to getting back on track!

Glad to see you back here - we all just keep plugging along because eating well and getting some exercise is just plain healthy for us whether we lose much or not.
