My schedule was off yesterday with different work hours. Forgot breakfast.

Was hungry when I came home, made a quesadilla snack. It tasted good so made a couple more while I was bringing grill parts in from the garage. Wasn't really hungry after that. Total of 2 hours into putting the grill together including unpacking and sorting, much more to go. Much time is spent trying to figure out which part is which!! The pictures are not clear. I will get this done!

Chilly outside 40degrees. Will work on the grill and inside chores today. Only supposed to reach 60 so might mow the grass. Tomorrow should be warmer so will go to the farmer's market and work outside. If I can get the grill working menu plans for next week will be playing on the grill.

10 1/2 hours later the grill is working...was not going to let crappy directions and all those pieces beat me!!! New potatoes, zucchini, and salmon for a late dinner off the new grill.

Love quesadilla's - such a quick way to get several food groups into one tiny bite, aren't they?

Yes they are.. my store for fresh white corn tortillas closed though, sob sob....tried some different ones, they were yellow corn. Did not like them as well, but still good. Need to hunt down a new store to get yummy fresh ones. Might take awhile. I always have some in my frig or freezer because it's so handy to top them with all different leftovers and fresh veggies. The calories on the corn ones are lots less than the flour ones. I know some people here would not do corn due to gmos. I have lots of farmer friends who grow corn so don't worry much, one advantage of some of the gmos is less bug and disease infestation so the farmers can grow the grains without pesticides and fungicides. This comment may spur comments, that's ok, just my opinion and those of some friends.
