What's up? I adhere totally to my daily calories and I gain 2 pounds?? Must be holding water. Will increase my water intake for today and see if that help. Fat Secret is an awesome product! I log in ALL my food. To be exact, I wont eat it until it's on my food log. This is the best weight loss aid ever!

Well, you know if your on plan then it has to do with water weight. So keep going and it will come off.
