Today I woke up in a "pool" of sweat in my bed. I don't know what happened. I also realize that my sleep wasn't totally rested but, as I got up to take the daily readings, I was again surprised by these new results lol.

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.9 % (more or less usual)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.9 cm (this is really great! I just hope it isn't the result of fluctuations lol)

If I connect the strange phenomenon of my sleep to the weight and waist results, I will probably conclude that I'm exercising in my sleep lolol ;)
127.2 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol, that was funny. I too didn't sleep very good at all. I fast. And I always drop something from it, as little as 2 ounces or as much as 1.8 lbs. But when I weighed this AM, I lost 0. I was a bit surprised and wonder if it was my lack of proper and deep sleep. ???

You must've been!;-) wouldn't that be great we could just sleep-exercise have it over and done with without realizing it and lose heaps of weight!

I always have mixed results with sleeping Deborah. Some days, it makes me carry the weight from the night before almost unchanged while other days (I think less), I get strange results such as this. :) I would think that, the more you sleep, the more weight you lose but, sometimes, we possibly move a lot on our sleep or something. I really don't know lol. Either way, always try to sleep the best you can because, in the long term, it would cause general health issues which would probably lead to organ deregulation and weight gain. I'm very glad for these results but I'm honestly going to try to sleep the best I can tonight heheh :)

That would be seriously awesome Njashka! :) I actually thought of that the moment I took today's readings! lol ;) It would probably be better to use that supposed device during the day though, like while we were stationary etc because such physical activities would probably interfere with sleep quality :)

AMEN to that Euheide. I take medication for bipolar, and that medication helps me get some deep sleep and I ran out Saturday. I'm suppose to pick it up today. I think thats part of my problem with the lack of deep sleep is I'm not medicated. So going to get that for sure so I can get those good zzzzzzz's in and drop the weight.

Yes that would be excellent! That would mean i'd be exercising right now instead of being passed out on the couch! Good sleep us definitely extremely important for your health though and also for the mind I find myself grumpy and having to work hard to bring up the patience that I want to have with my girls after a bad night! Maybe your weight loss was from the sweating. Water weight can be a bear! Take it how you can get it!
