Crying at the gym ... you weren't the first, I'm sure :-)

LOL I hear you! I once laughed for an eight hour bus ride from my parent's place to where I lived when I was 20. I was reading Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Mothers kept their children away from me, old people looked at me with suspicion, and the police were called. Okay. I made that last part up.

LOL! I hate when I get to the sad part on a workout. Glad you are getting the heartburn under control. When I was PG with my twins, I had it a lot. I drank milk and ate tums like crazy to try to keep it away.

So, crying at the gym = you get to use whatever equipment you want, that's what I'm hearing. ;) I had no heartburn with my daughter, but had heartburn the whole pregnancy with my son, so I hope it goes away for good for you. Eating cleaner will probably help with both the fiber and the heartburn, so just another plus of eating healthy.

Eating clean definitely means more fiber. These days, I'm thinking of buying stock in Kimberly-Clark Personal Products...

I know EXACTLY what you mean. Happened to me not long ago, kind of funny how we get caught up in the characters of a good book. But it's so nice to be able to escape our real life for a few minutes. Cheers - keep reading, I'm sure it will have a happy ending.

The other day I was in the car with Hubby & that song by A Great Big World & Christina Aguilera - Say Something came on. That is the song that kills me about Conan. I start crying my eyes out, & I won't let him change the station because that song is my penance. Especially the part "You're the one that I love And I'm saying goodbye" - full out sobbing and wailing.
I get thru that song and Kiss by Prince comes on. I start dancing & singing and throwing him kissy faces. I kept seeing him look at me out of the corner of his eyes like I was certifiably insane. & I am not even prego. :-) LOL Poor guy! Just think of all the extra calories that you burned up crying. It probably got your heart rate up. :-)
